Vegan Maple, Brown Sugar, Oatmeal Cookies

So I just ate three of these, and I can guarantee that they are VERY fabulous.  It does involve some guess work, though, but it's pretty easy.

Yum-nums in my tum-tum

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 packet of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal packet
1/2 banana
~ 1 tbsp almond milk
~ 1/4 cup of vegetable shortening
Pour in enough vegetable oil to make it have the same consistency as other cookie dough

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Put all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix as you go.  Make balls that are about an inch in diameter, maybe a little bigger, and put 12 on an un-greased cookie sheet.  Smoosh the balls down with a fork so that they're the thickness that you want 'cause they aren't going to rise or flatten out.  Bake for about 15 minutes, but you're probably going to want to start checking at 10 minutes, until darker.  Makes about 2 dozen.

 Enjoy!
